The main idea of this field class is introduction, acquaintance and research of the cultural and built heritage, as well as contemporary architecture and physical planning, of this specific area where Mediterranean meets Central Europe.
Students acquire knowledge of specific features of Istrian and North-Adriatic coastal region – spatial and historical development, cultural heritage, built heritage, urban development, contemporary architecture and physical planning especially in the field of touristic development.
