Villa Oblica is designed as the first, western part of the complex of two villas at the location of Požare, Makarska. Using the maximum of very high-quality views on the Makarska Riviera and the islands, as well as Biokovo cliff in the background, the initially rectangular floor plan formations were broken into five-octave shaped floor plan, with representative areas oriented towards SE and SW.
Villa Oblica with its 450 m2 is designed for tourist accommodation through three floors, the roof is also partly flat and partially sloping. Functional formulation envisages duplication of the purpose of internal functions in external and their harmonious articulation and mutual integration: living, bathing and showering, dining, food preparation, play, rest ...
