English-Croatian professional glossary for urban and physical planners, architects and landscape architects written by Prof. Nenad Lipovac, Ph.D. is intended for Croatian professionals in the field as a language aid in the correct interpretation of the professional literature written in American English, especially when trying to compare or contrast the American concepts with the similar ones found in Croatian planning and design practice. The book is structured into three entities of which the main body of the text is the glossary comprising 1036 terms listed in alphabetical order, marked by numbers and accompanied by thorough descriptions and some graphic representations. The supplements contain an index of terms in alphabetical order from Croatian practice with a link to the American term.
