Aim of this course is twofold. First to introduce the students to the IT resources of the Faculty and how they can use them. Second to give the students hands on experience with 2D raster and vector graphics and conceptual 3D applications that they can apply in the design course.
Getting to know the basics of computer use and network resources as well as working with input output devices. Practical skills include: use of network account, network resources, scanning, bitmap drawing and editing, vector drawing and editing, converting of images, formats, printing, 3d conceptual models.
